Bio Basic Europe firmly believes in the importance of developing its employees’ soft skills. On Friday 23th of March, 11 team leaders of Bio Basic Europe attended the “Mindful@work” workshop by Andrea Colombo (Mental trainer of the Italian Athletics Federation and finalist during the 4x100 metres relay races of 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney) at MenteCorpo Centre in Milan. They had the chance to address the topic of being mindful leaders by training their skills of focusing and listening through exercises, dialogues and exchanges of views.
