We evaluated the safety and efficacy of a new organic cotton absorbent product performing in vitro and in vivo tests. The results demonstrated that the investigated product is safe and effective in reducing the erythema and oedema caused by the use of absorbent products made of synthetic material and in improving the life quality of women suffering from moderate to severe urinary incontinence.
